| Rental Information |
We accept money orders, cashier's checks or cash. Personal checks are accepted if received at least 10 working
days prior to reservation. We do not accept credit cards.
Your deposit will hold your reservation and will serve as the cleaning/damage deposit. A deposit of $100.00 is
required for the LIghthouse, and $200.00 is required for the "Other" house. The deposit will be fully returned
after your stay, if the house is left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival, within 10 days. Upon cancellation,
the full deposit will be returned if 2 weeks notice is given. In case of a Hurricane, any amount paid will be refunded.
After receiving your Lease Agreement and a minimum of the deposit, your dates will be added to our calendar. Any
balance due must be made prior to your arrival.
Pets are allowed, but please inform management, and remember, "If they poop, you must scoop!"

What we have - Both homes have a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, coffee pot, toaster, pots
& pans, dishes, utensils and BBQ tools. Bedrooms are complete with sheets, pillows and comforters. Futon's in the
living rooms, provide an additional sleep area, and each host a TV with satellite dish, DVD, tapes, books and family
games. The "Other" house also has a TV/DVD with satellite in the Master Bedroom. Bath towels and washcloths are
provided. Both have large decks overlooking the gulf, with patio furniture and charcoal grills. An outdoor shower is
provided to rinse the sand!
What to bring - Food, drinks, necessary personal items (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.) mosquito repellent,
sunscreen, beach towels (please do not take our bath towels to the beach) and any items to make you feel at home.
