We accept money orders, cashier's checks or cash. Personal checks are accepted if received at least 10
working days prior to reservation. We do not accept credit cards.
$100.00 will hold your reservation and will serve as the cleaning/damage deposit. The deposit will be fully
returned after your stay, if the house is left in the same condition as it was upon your arrival, within 10
days Upon cancellation, the full deposit will be returned if 2 weeks notice is given.
After receiving your deposit, a lease agreement will be signed by both parties, and any balance due must
be made prior to your arrival.
Pets are allowed, but please inform management, and remember, "If they poop, you must scoop!"

What we have - Fridge, microwave, stove, washer and dryer, coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans, dishes
and utensils. Bedrooms are complete with sheets, pillows and comforters. A futon in the living room,
provides an additional sleep area, and hosts a TV with satellite dish, DVD and tapes. Bath towels and
washcloths are provided. The large deck overlooking the gulf has a table and 8 chairs and charcoal
grill. An outdoor shower is provided to rinse the sand!

repellent, sunscreen, beach towels (please do not take our bath towels to the beach) and any items to
make you feel at home.
